Growing Tips
Sow your cabbage seeds directly into a fine seed bed in spring if it's a summer crop you're after, or wait until June or July before sowing for overwintering early spring greens. F1 Advantage lives up to its name as it zips effortlessly through winter and can be harvested, hearted up, as late as April. Sow your seeds roughly 25cm apart at a depth of 2cm in a fertile, moisture retentive soil and leave another 30cm between rows; make sure you sow your cabbage seeds in succession to avoid a glut.. Finally, water well until established; remove dead leaves and harvest young leaves for greens or allow the heart to form and cut the entire plant.
