This is an attractive leafy plant suited to cooler climates. The leaves and stems have a strong celery flavour and can be used as a flavouring in virtually any dish but particularly good stir-fried.
This is a must faster growing plant than English celery, you can harvest and eat the whole plant in about 8 weeks.
