Goods arrived promptly as promised and the unit was easy enough to assemble with a little care. I am running tests on the product at the moment so cannot give a considered view as to its efficiency over a season. The structure is sturdy and not heavy and looks good. I hope the rubber rings which adjust the height of the reflective lid are long -lasting and do not perish after a couple of seasons. I have sown lettuce which are looking well with short sturdy plants.
As far as we can tell, this seems to work well. Once the seeds have propagated with a little heat, we transfer the trays into the lightbox and they grow! I was very impressed by the rapid delivery of this item. I ordered it in the week before Christmas as a (late) Christmas present for my wife, and it arrived 2 days later.
