Forced rhubarb is simply delicious and is easy to produce with the help of a rhubarb forcer. Traditional ones are made of terracotta but plastic versions are also available. Harrod Horticultural have two made of frost-proof terracotta and one is made of plastic. This one is just as attractive but lighter making it easier to move around.
