Product Reviews
I was inspired by Rachel Khoo's Little Paris Kitchen to order one of these - she made it look so easy. It does great slices, but the julienne strips come out not quite cut through, so I have to break them up. It prefers fat carrots to thin, and leaves a slice uncut, so at least I'm eating more raw veg! Needs a spray of surface cleaner to remove the orange colour from the carrots (I wouldn't use it for beetroot), but I'm getting used to washing and drying the parts quickly. It's still better than trying to cut the strips with a knife. Despite everything, I have to say I use it a lot.
