A bloomin’ brilliant 2024!

As the calendar flips to a new year, we’re pausing to look back on the incredible achievements and milestones of 2024. From award wins to creative collaborations, it’s been a whirlwind of activity that’s kept us busy and inspired. Here’s a recap of our year - packed with passion, growth, and plenty of green-fingered joy.

January - A Winning Start

We kicked off the year with a bang, taking home the Garden Which? Best Buy award for our Standard Wooden Raised Beds for the 14th year running! A whole decade, and then some, of recognition for these trusty garden staples - proving they’re not just dependable but a firm favourite in gardens across the country.

Summer Adventures - From Photo Shoots to Giveaways

Summer was a season of activity!

June - We visited Quinton Rectory, capturing our Southwold garden furniture in all its glory during a stunning photoshoot.

July - Our large steel fruit cage took centre stage at Somerleyton Hall, a grand setting for such an impressive product.

We also partnered with Norfolk Natural Living for a brilliant giveaway that brought plenty of excitement to our gardening community.

August - Community and Creativity

In August, we launched the #MyHarrodGarden promotion, inviting customers to share photos of Harrod products in their gardens. The response was amazing! Seeing our products in real-life settings - each garden unique and full of personality - was truly rewarding.

We also spent a day with Amy from @chicksandveg, a long-time friend of Harrod Horticultural. Visiting her vibrant garden and capturing the magic of her space (and our products in action) was a real highlight.

Creative Collaborations

Throughout the year, we’ve worked closely with the talented Terry Winters, supplying products that have helped bring his incredible garden designs to life.

In November, we launched our Rebecca Udall tableware range - combining her eye for design with our dedication to quality. The result? A stunning collection that brings beauty to the dining table, perfect for either indoor or outdoor settings and some great gift ideas for the festive season.
