Firstly I've got to say Harrods provide a brilliant service and even if there is a problem with a product, in my experience, they sort the problem quickly and without difficulty. Now to the product. The Alispacers are simple to fit and improve insulation properties of insulation by holding it away from the glass and frame of the greenhouse.they also improve airflow between the glass and insulation and so cut down on condensation buildup on glass and insulation. The insulation properties are dramatically improved when using this product.
Found like other reviewers that you can't be too heavy-handed in fitting them as they twist and break. But, if you get them on then they do the job.
I found these very effective and it was easy to get the hang of where to put them and how to fit them. Used tohether with the alliplugs - not much point if you are not buying both. The alliplugs were trickier to get them through the bubble wrap and secure in the spacer when double thickness to join one bubble wrap to the next one
