Mizuna is an attractive and delicious cut and come again salad leaf which has deeply cut, spicy flavoured leaves which are great in salads and stir fries.
The organic Green Mizuna Plants are easy to grow, well worth having in your vegetable patch over the spring and summer months.

Growing Advice
Mizuna need plenty of sunshine and moisture-retentive soil. They are pretty easy to grow and will do well in raised beds or pots. Space plants about 15cm apart - full planting instructions will be supplied.
The plants are failry low maintenance but will need to be watered well during dry spells, try to do this early morning or in the evening to prevent leaves getting scorched.
Weed regularly as keeping the weeds down will give the plants the best chance to do well.
If the plants wilt suddenly it's a sign of pests in the roots. Dig then up carefully so other plants don't get infected and also be on teh look out for slugs and snails. A great natural way to protect the plants is Nemaslug a very popular and effective organic slug killer.
Harvest the leaves regularly to encourage the plants to continue to produce more.
