Easy to assemble, although I could have done with some written instructions - it wasn't obvious that the poles should be inserted into the holes and then cut to length, and then unless they are lifted slightly above the kit walls, you end up with them standing slightly proud instead of flush with the walls. Does the job brilliantly, and looks great. Just the right height and size for my 6-year-old.
Very easy to put together and looks very sturdy. The only slight problem is having the dowels in one long piece. It was easy to break into the right size sections but left some sharp edges.
Not only useful for children, as an adult, this raised bed was an exact fit for an unused space in my garden next to the composter. A very useful piece of garden equipment which I would recommend to anyone who wants to grow vegetables in a limited space.
