Scotch Bonnet Chilli Peppers produce small (4-5cm) but very hot fiery peppers and they are not for the faint hearted. They have a squashed bell shaped fruit and are full of flavour and intense heat. Ripe scotch bonnets change from green to abeautiful bright yellow.
Chillies and Peppers grow much better in a warm greenhouse but some of the smaller plants will do well on a sunny windowsill. Keep them watered thoroughly and give them a liquid feed every fortnight.
When they reach about 20cm in height you can pinch off the growing tips of the plant. This will encourage a bushier plant with more peppers.
