Much better than original full head bolts as can easily be slid into support bars and when you tighten the nut the bolt is designed to turn 90% and then lock in place. I now have extra shelving and everything is secure.

Great to use for attaching anything that needs a bolt in the channel. However, is does not lock into position, so is fiddly to tighten....need a little patience with them.
