Cucumbers look beautiful when growing and can be grown by even the most inexperienced gardener. Our Organic Marketmore cucumber can be grown either indoors or outdoors. Remember when planting these out in the early part of the season it is best to cover with a fleece.
Plant cucumbers a distance of 30-40cm apart in planters, raised beds, pots, containers or grow bags. You can grow your cucumber plants outside but in early May pot them into 2 litre containers and allow them to grow larger; either on a sunny inside windowsill, greenhouse or polytunnel, before planting outside at the end of May / early June.

Ordered this and a selection of other vegetable plants. Arrived bizarrely packaged loose in a box of straw. Untangling them was a slow messy process and a few were damaged. Brilliant customer service from HH, they sent out another batch replacing all of them, but the packaging was the same and condition was poor, not helped by failure to deliver to correct address so plants had several days in a cardboard box. happy with Harrods but not the suppliers they use for this product
