The packaging of this heater suggests that it has a separate setting for frost control which it does not actually have. The trial and error involved in finding the correct temperature level has resulted in the loss of a few 'babies'. However for the price it is a perfectly acceptable greenhouse heater.
I have two of these for my 12x8 Greenhouse and they do a good job in keeping the frost out. My only slight quibble is that the plugs do not fit my waterproofed electrical socket well - they are slghtly too large

The summer fan-only setting will reduce humidity and prevent common fungal plant diseases like botrytis, helping you maintain a healthy greenhouse all year round".
