We already had some of these bird decorations and bought several sets to give as gifts. Whilst the birds were as expected, unfortunately, the packing was woefully inadequate and 50% of the birds were damaged, tails broken off, beaks broken etc. We were given an immediate refund but it has meant a re-think as no more were available. The birds were in individual bubble wrap envelopes, but were otherwise loose in a large box, together with a set of Christmas lights. Suggest much more care given if posting these delicate figures.
