The bulbs wash 100% PAR (Photosynthetically Active Radiation) light at the correct spectrum over seeds and plants, allowing them to germinate and grow with impressive results. The single bulb kit lights 2 standard seed trays and the double bulb covers 3 trays - hooks are simply attached to the ceiling and the kits supported from height adjustable hangers. All fixings and 3m mains lead included.

I have been pleased with my grow light. It was easy to assemble. and strong -and works well. Once I had bought a timer I only need to plug it in and leave it to provide a regular series of nourishing bursts of light to indoor veg. in the otherwise long dark days of winter. Towards Spring I will use it to establish new plants from seed...ready for the cool greenhouse....and then the sun-drenched garden. What an asset!

what a hidden gem this is ! -with this kit you can propagate plants that would ordinarily be 'out of season' -i have propagating tomato plants 2 months earlier than i would ordinarily do -and i cannot believe the results- i have know begun experimenting with 'loofah ' seeds -and again-amazing-i cannot believe how quickly the plants have grown-watch this space !!
