Our horticulturist Martin Fiddes says; "The key to a good looking lawn is to give the grass plenty of light and air - and by removing thatch and moss which builds up, the grass can flourish and the overall finish of a lawn can be greatly enhanced.
"Use a spring tine lawn rake like this one to remove thatch in both autumn and spring and the rake gives moss little chance either. For best results, apply an autumn lawn feed with moss killer and rake out once the mosss turns black, and do the same again with a spring feed - again containing moss killer - in March or April.
"You'll be amazed at the difference a little TLC will make to your lawn and it certainly deserves it!"
