LawnGrubFree Nematodes are a safe, natural and effective biological control for lawn chafer grubs that is safe to use around children and pets who can safely enter treated areas immediately after application.
LawnGrubFree Nematodes get right down to the roots of the lawn to control the grubs which feed on the roots and cause yellow patches in the grass. Birds, badgers and foxes can also tear at the lawn to get to the grubs causing more damage. This nematode control can prevent this damage and give you a lush green healthy lawn.
Easy application, the compact ‘globe’ packaging houses a diffusing bio-pouch which can be directly added to water and then applied using a watering can or sprayer. The sachet will not dissolve at all, it works like a tea bag with the nematodes ‘diffusing’ out of the sachet when mixed in water. When the water turns milky / cloudy the nematodes have diffused out of the sachet, the gel-like carrier material contained within the sachets does not dissolve – this is simply the carrier for the nematodes and not the nematodes themselves.
Nematodes are microscopic so you will not see them in the water or the sachet – even though there are between 5 and 10 million of them per sachet! (product dependent)
This new award-winning natural control for lawn chafer grubs does not need to be kept refrigerated. Neudorff nematodes do not need to be refrigerated due to being placed in a state called, cryptobiois’ which prevents them from moving or using oxygen. They can remain alive in this state which means they can be stored for longer.
