Once used by monks to give their home brewed ale a bit of lift and known as the happy herb, borage has come along way since - and our Organic Borage Seeds will help you grow a good looking plant with many garden uses.
It's not only monks who take great delight in this attractive addition to the garden; bees love the bright blue flowers it produces and bring their not inconsiderable benefits to the garden; the young leaves are used in salads; it's a great companion plant when growing strawberries and squashes and the flowers are stil added to beverages to this day - just don't tell the monks!
Organic Borage Seeds can be sown from March to July, harvested up until October and are supplied in packets of 100.
