Also known as Plain Rocket, the peppery flavour Cultivated Rocket leaves bring to salads is not as strong as that of its Wild cousin but this popular plant plays a leading role in mixed leaf salads. Sow from March to September and make sure you stock up on seed; Organic Cultivated Rocket is ideal for succession sowing and makes and ideal cut and come again baby leaf crop.
