Any country kitchen of good repute should have fresh dill leaves and seeds on tap with which to garnish soups, salads and to add to cheese pickles and sauces - so pick up a packet or two of our Organic Dill Seeds, head off down to the allotment, kitchen garden or vegetable patch and get growing this most decorative of plants.
Capable of reaching over 1m in height, Dill will make a visual impact in your garden and your kitchen, when you start harvesting the fresh leaves - which can be dried - in May from indoor sowings in February and March. Pick the seeds when they turn brown in autumn, plant as a companion to cabbages and watch as hoverflies and other aphid-munching insects flock to visit!
