Pick a sunny corner of the garden in which to sow your Organic Fennel Herb Seeds as these plants demand heat and light - don't try outdoor sowing until after the last chance of frost has passed, although sowing indoors in pots during spring will give you a head start. Look after fennel by keeping the plants trimmed to a height of 30cm and removing flowers before they open and you'll be rewarded wit a constant supply of fresh leaves, stems and seed.
