Growing Tips
Rosemary can be tricky to raise from seed, so dedication may be required! Sow indoors from February up until the last frost (usually early to mid May depending on location) and try outside in a warm sunny location. Water sparingly as many seedlings can be killed off by overwatering and pick the leaves in spring and early summer for that fresh taste. Leaves can be dried or frozen for later use and prune hard if neccessary during the winter. Rosemary can grow for up to 20 years.
Product Reviews
I can not get mine to germinate at all and I think better guidance would help. These are hard to germinate but I wouold have hoped that Harrods would have given better advice.
Many thanks for your feedback and we're sorry to hear the seed germination hasn't been successful. This could be for any number of reasons but we've vastly improved the on-packet growing information and also have plenty of on-line resources to help with your growing. Rosemary seeds can take a while to burst into life so we'd certainly suggest you persevere!
Have not planted Rosemary seeds yet, when I do I will let you know the results thank you
