Maybe I failed because I didnt see any instructions! I guess i should have greased them as they stuck badly, but reason for poaching eggs is low fat. A devil to clean, also took ages to cook, top white not ready when rest done. I'm afraid they have gone to the charity shop and it is back to the tried and tested hot water method.

These do work best if coated with a little olive oil or spray and this information will be added to the website. I just used this and it seemed to work fine, though I found it easy to get the eggs out upside down rather than right side up, though maybe that's how you're supposed to do it?
