The best laid plans etc, etc! Unfortunately the great British weather has intervened and the heavy rainfall here in East Anglia - possibly the only area of the UK to get a dose of the wet stuff today - has caused a postponement of the scheduled video clip filming, leaving presenter and horticulturist Martin Fiddes, along with co-presenter Alex Rocke, kicking their heels!

An inclement and accurate forecast allowed us to stop the film crew from Splash Broadcast travelling down from their Manchester base and we've already pencilled in a two day slot in August for a second attempt at the filming.

The rain has also dented Splash Broadcast boss Mark Hampshire's unblemished reputation for bringing the weather with him, with previous shoots bathed in unbroken sunshine!

Here's hoping for a dry August!
