Purchased potato planter as I needed to plant large daff bulbs (50kgs worth). First planter broke after the 10th bulb, but was swiftly replaced. Would recommend using planter after a few days rain as it is not easy on dry hard ground. Review video is a bit misleading. Great on stone free lawns but hard work on any ground with stones/roots. Foot tread could be a little longer and an additional one on other side would help greatly. Product is quite expensive for what it does. i have other Sneeboer products spade/fork which are better value for money.

Love the planter but would love it completely if it had two step bars rather than one for those parts of the ground which are harder and need a two footed jump!!!.
