Brilliant Quality, I always like to have a stash of these in the kitchen, so very useful and always make flavouring simple.
I love to add a bouquet garni to my soups and casseroles. But they are getting expensive so I was delighted to see these economical little bags, four in a pack. Easy to use, just pop in your own choice of herbs from the herb garden, tie it tightly and pop in the pan. The string is even long enough to attach to the pan handle making it easy to retrieve for re-use. Just empty, hand wash and sterilized with a quick iron. Filled with herbs from the garden, I even gave one as a gift to a friend. Super little stocking filler too!
