The first one I received came without a lid(!) but after complaining about this, you took the time to call me and a new one was dispatched - thank you for your excellent customer service. This looks great on the kitchen side and was bought for my own potato crop, of which I am quite proud!
Please note I have yet to use this product as it is a gift. However, I was slightly disappointed with the thickness of the pail plus even though it had been wrapped very well the pail was slightly out of shape so initially difficult to put lid on it. Perhaps the person wrapping pressed down too hard when putting in box and box was not dented and completely intaked
