Custard White Summer Squash is an interesting Patty Pan bush type variety of summer squash producing creamy white flat fruits with scalloped edge and a very fine flavour.
These summer squash are not for winter storing but delicious cooked and eaten fresh. Remember when planting out in the early part of the season to cover with a horticultural fleece or cloches.
