Made from extruded polypropylene with a 17mm x 17mm square mesh, this thicker gauge bird netting is an ideal deterrent to birds, rabbits and other similar pests, but has a large enough mesh to allow invaluable pollinating insects to pass through.

We made a fruit cage from old scaffolding poles & this super quality netting. The idea was to make something that would last for years. So making it environmentally safe. Also no worries of the dear little birds getting caught in it. The final product is a quality fruit cage for minimum outlay. How long the netting will last I dont know as this is the first time I have used it but going by the previous reviews it should last for more than 10 years.
I always buy this quality of netting from Harrod Horticultural as it's quality is second to none. I bought my first roll 11 years ago when I first got an Allotment and it is still as good as new...I would highly recommend this product, don't buy cheaper inferior netting you will only wish you had gone for the best......
