The Superfoods Garden is a specially developed Nutrient Dense Garden with a range of plants which are packed full of goodness.
The plants in the garden have been selected on the grounds of their high ranking in the ANDI scale, or Aggregate Nutrient Density Index. It's an innovative way of rating foods based on how many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants they contain compared to calories. All of the plants in this garden are in the top 10 ANDI scoring fruit and vegetables.
The vegetable plants can be grown in pots or containers, grow bags, raised beds, vegetable patch or allotment.
Space Required: Approximately 5m2
This would fill approximately 3 of our 4ft (1.2m) x 4ft (1.2m) Raised Beds or Raised Bed Tables.
