Brilliant service. After being let down by another firm 4 days before Christmas, I luckily found Harrod Horticultural. Their service was 2nd to none. After ordering I phoned to make sure they had the product, and they could deliver on time. The Customer Service Dept were fantastic, the order arrived the next day.

Lovely pot, delivered promptly; a really useful thing was that I was sent a delivery time, which I could change if I wanted, so I didn't have to wait in all day; the parcel arrived at the promised time.
