Vine Weevil Problem

I treated my containers with Provado vine weevil killer earlier in the year. Can I now use the nematodes or will the previous application stop them working?

Provado keeps working in the soil for 4-6 weeks so as long as you applied it more than 6 weeks ago you are perfectly safe to apply the Nematodes.  Nemasys Vine Weevil Killer is suitable for Autumn application so now is a good time whilst the soil is still in excess of 5 deg C.

Adult weevils can also be searched for by torch light and removed from plants if you feel the urge to do so!!
