The table of postage tariffs is an overview that applies to most of the UK mainland only (ZONE A). They are also clearly displayed on the product pages as well as in your shopping basket.

For delivery to parts of Scotland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly (Zone B), please phone for a quote.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland (Zone C), unless the order is from and delivered to a business address with an EORI number (please phone for a quote).

If a postage tariff is applicable to your order, we apply a single charge only for the highest value postage item in your order


DELIVERY SERVICE


ALL FURNITURE DINING TABLES & TABLE SETS
(rectangle, oval and round) that are delivered to areas highlighted in green on the map (ZONE A) are sent on a 2-man service on Harrod transport. The table sets are positioned where desired around the property, unpacked with packaging removed, any necessary assembly undertaken (tables only) and after care instructions provided.

Please inspect your furniture and sign delivery note as received in good order. If you find anything you are not happy with or have any questions please inform the Harrod driver. We are not able to accept liability for any damage or surface marking that are subsequently noticed. For delivery to (Zone B), we will be in contact regarding delivery options, possible surcharge and lead times.

BISTRO/COFFEE/CASUAL TABLES & TABLE SETS PLUS BENCHES may be delivered on a 1-man commercial kerbside pallet service where the driver will deliver the goods to the front of your property for a signature. In this case, orders would arrive on a wooden pallet. It is at the delivery drivers discretion to unload and remove the pallet, but they will not be responsible for unpacking or setting out the furniture. If a pallet is not suitable, please contact us at furniture@harrod.uk.com or call 0333 400 6400. Please inspect your furniture and contact us within 14 days of delivery if you are not happy with any item. Unfortunately, after this 14-day period we are not able to accept liability for any damage or surface marking that are subsequently noticed.

Days in advance of delivery, we will be in contact with you to book a convenient delivery date. This will include a pre-delivery questionnaire to determine things like access issues leading up to the property (narrow country lanes and drives) and in the case of dining table sets some detail about the location in the property for set up. This will ensure a smooth delivery on the day. Please Note: failed deliveries due to inaccurate delivery information supplied will incur a £150 failed delivery charge.

For delivery to parts of Scotland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly (Zone B), delivery could take a little while longer, please contact us at furniture@harrod.uk.com or call 0333 400 6400 for a lead time and price quote.

Standard Delivery is usually between 4-6 weeks depending on the demand. Updated delivery times will be shown on each product page.

Please note: For furniture orders delivered by Harrod transport that are refused at point of delivery, a charge of £150 will be made to cover the logistic costs.


CLICK & COLLECT


Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our warehouses in Lowestoft, Suffolk within 48 hours, stock permitting. To ensure your items are available for collection, please phone 0333 400 6400 prior to your arrival.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY


There have been some recent changes to international deliveries:

Northern Ireland & Europe - No domestic deliveries, business only as we require a VAT and EORI number due to new trading laws. Please contact us at furniture@harrod.uk.com or call 0333 400 6400 with your delivery address and the items you wish to purchase in order for us to provide you with a detailed delivery quotation. Please note that this quote will exclude duties and taxes.

For shipments outside Europe, the cost we provide is for delivery into the overseas country, not for delivery to your door. Once the shipment is in your country, local delivery agents will request signed documents to commence clearance - please note that this may incur some additional charges such as VAT and/or customs duty.
